Whilst the potential earning figures for a Genesis Asset Finance Franchisee are unlimited, the realistic minimum we would expect from each selected franchisee is approx £35,000 in year 1 – see below.

In year 1 we would expect you to be averaging just 2 deals per week which will result in income of approximately £35,000 for the year.

In year 2 now that you are established we would expect you to being doing on average around 3.5 deals per week which should net around £60,000 per annum

In year 3 this should reasonably rise to 5 deals per week which should net income of £86,000 for the year.

In year 4, we would expect you to maintain the year 3 level of 5 deals per week and augment this with a further 1 deal per week by way of repeat business (based on only 50% take up) from that written in Year 1. This should provide you with an income of over £100,000 for the year.

By building up a network of referral sources and clients, you should have a business generating income of £125,000 per annum within 5/6 years.
The income you can earn after this period is really up to you.

Commissions and Expenses

The average commission per deal that you will receive will be around £333. This figure is after taking out our administration fee. We will undertake all the “back-office” work such as searches at Companies House or alternative credit searches at our expense.

The only other costs for the Franchisee will be in respect of telephone usage, car expenses and marketing.

The business can be operated from home with the main expense being marketing.
