This has resulted in the needs of the asset finance needs of the Small Business Sector being met (increasingly) from the private sector, such as ourselves. We are a specialist in arranging finance at this level we can put together flexible packages quickly and professionally.

According Barry Gardiner DTI minister in December 2005 there are now 4.3million small businesses in the UK – half a million more than 7 years ago. Virtually all of these businesses utilise assets of some description – from telephones and computers to plant and machinery.

Deal Size

The target deal size is between £1,000 and £25,000. This ensures that we are not competing head on with the ‘high street’ lenders.

The average deal size will be in the order of £5,000 with the vast majority of deals undertaken within the £1,000 to £10,000 range.
